The fabric used is 7 oz. Westex® ultrasoft®, specifically designed without buttons or loose components for use in food service. Its generous cut allows for unrestricted movement, while covered snaps on the front and cuffs add to its safety profile. The standard coat length is 42 inches, and it is dual certified for arc flash and flash fire protection.
