The DRIFIRE FR work shirt is designed with Tecgen Select® fabric, which is a lightweight, breathable, and moisture-wicking material that boasts an unsurpassed drying rate for comfort while maintaining a professional appearance. This shirt features an arc rating of 8 cal/cm² and is classified as Category 2, constructed from a 5.5 oz. Tecgen Select® OPF blend twill, incorporating the latest carbon fabric technology for enhanced durability. It is inherently flame resistant, ensuring that FR protection will not wash or wear out, and provides dual hazard protection against arc flash and flash fire. Additionally, it serves as an excellent layering piece for added protection. The shirt includes two chest pockets with button closure flaps, a pen/pencil slot in the front pocket, and a button-down collar. Compliance standards met by this work shirt include NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269.
