The kit includes protective clothing designed to meet various safety standards and features an arc rating of 12 cal/cm² and classification as Cat 2. Constructed from 9 oz. Westex® Ultrasoft® material, the clothing is equipped with PureView™ faceshield technology, providing a greater range of visibility, along with a premium anti-fog and scratch-resistant coating on the faceshield. Additional features include a flame-resistant hook and loop front closure on the short coat, a stand-up collar for extra coverage, rib knit cuffs for a comfortable and secure fit, and quick disconnect and adjustable shoulder straps on the bib overalls, which also feature hook and loop access at the side and expandable leg openings to fit over boots. The kit complies with several standards including NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269.
