The 100 cal/cm² ArcGuard® DuPont™ Nomex® / DuPont™ Kevlar® arc flash kit features a generous fit for easy movement and comfort while remaining inherently flame resistant. It includes a complete set of protective garments conveniently packed in one bag, providing all of the 100 cal protection required. The key features of the kit include an arc rating of 100 cal/cm², Cat 4 classification, and construction from DuPont™ Nomex®/Kevlar® fabric. It is designed with an FR hook and loop front closure, a stand-up collar for additional coverage, rib knit cuffs for a comfortable and secure fit, and garments that are embroidered with the arc rating. The bib overalls come with quick disconnect and adjustable shoulder straps, side slant pockets, an expandable leg opening to fit over boots, and hook and loop access at the side for convenience. Compliance standards met by the kit include NFPA 70E, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269. The dimensions of the kit allow for comfortable wear while maintaining safety standards.
