The kit includes a protective garment with an arc rating of 9 cal/cm² and classified as Category 2, made from an OPF blend twill fabric that offers exceptional tensile and tear strength. This garment features moisture-wicking and fast-drying properties, ensuring excellent comfort and durable protection. It is equipped with two chest pockets with flaps and snap closures, an action back for increased movement, an inset elastic waistband, and a covered FR zip front closure that includes additional snaps. The fabric is inherently flame resistant, ensuring that it will not melt, drip, or ignite, and the FR protection is designed to withstand washing and wearing. Additionally, the anti-static fabric meets the requirements for shielding factor and half decay time. The garment complies with several standards including NFPA 70E, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, OSHA 1910.269, and the anti-static criteria outlined in EN 1149-5. It also meets EN ISO 11611 standards across multiple classes for impact of spatter and heat transfer. The inseam length is 30 inches, and the product is proudly made in the USA.
