The kit includes a protective garment featuring an arc rating of 9 cal/cm² and categorized as Category 2. Constructed from an OPF blend twill, the fabric offers exceptional tensile and tear strength, moisture-wicking properties, and fast-drying capabilities, ensuring excellent comfort while providing durable protection. It is designed with two chest pockets that have flaps and snap closures, an action back for increased movement, and an inset elastic waistband. The covered FR zip front closure is complemented by additional snaps for secure fastening. The inherently flame-resistant (FR) fabric will not melt, drip, or ignite, and its FR protection will not diminish with washing or wear, making it a reliable choice. Additionally, the anti-static fabric meets the requirements for shielding factor and half decay time. The garment is made in the USA, with an inseam length of 32 inches. Compliance certifications include NFPA 70E, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, OSHA 1910.269, and anti-static according to EN 1149-5, as well as EN ISO 11611 A1, Class 2; A2, Class 2; 6.8 impact of spatter, Class 2; and 6.9 heat transfer (radiation), Class 1.
