The kit includes a flame-resistant garment made from an OPF blend twill fabric, featuring an arc rating of 9 cal/cm² and classified as CAT 2. It is designed for exceptional tensile and tear strength while providing excellent comfort and durable protection. Key attributes include moisture-wicking and fast-drying properties, two chest pockets with flaps and snap closure, an action back for increased movement, and an inset elastic waistband. The garment has a covered FR zip front closure with additional snaps and is made from FR fabric that will not melt, drip, or ignite. Its inherently flame-resistant protection will not wash or wear out, and the anti-static fabric meets the necessary requirements for shielding factor and half decay time. This product complies with various standards including NFPA 70E, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269, and is anti-static per EN 1149-5. It also meets EN ISO 11611 A1, Class 2; A2, Class 2; 6.8 Impact of spatter, Class 2; and 6.9 Heat transfer (radiation), Class 1. The inseam length is 29 inches, and the garment is made in the USA.
