The DRIFIRE FR work shirt is constructed from lightweight, breathable, moisture-wicking Tecgen Select® fabric, which features a remarkable drying rate to ensure comfort while maintaining a professional appearance. This shirt includes two chest pockets with button closure flaps and a pen/pencil slot in the front pocket, complemented by a button-down collar. With an arc rating of 8 cal/cm² and classified as Category 2, this inherently flame resistant garment provides dual hazard protection against arc flash and flash fire, making it an excellent layering piece for added safety. The fabric is a 5.5 oz. Tecgen Select® OPF blend twill that utilizes the latest carbon fabric technology, ensuring that the FR protection will not wash or wear out. The shirt complies with various safety standards including NFPA 70E, NFPA 2112, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269.
