The kit includes a protective garment made from 19 oz. aluminized carbon/para-aramid fabric, featuring a covered snap front with leather pull tabs designed for ease of use with gloves. It has an inside left front pocket, an aluminized vented back, under-arm eyelets for ventilation, and split sleeves with snaps for easy fastening. This garment provides increased protection from radiant heat, sparks, and molten metal splash hazards, with snaps at the wrist for adjustments and a band collar. It is made in the USA and complies with ASTM F955 and ASTM F1939 standards.
