The kit includes a protective garment made from 19 oz. aluminized carbon/para-aramid fabric, designed for enhanced safety in environments with radiant heat, sparks, and molten metal splash hazards. It features a covered snap front with leather pull tabs for ease of use while wearing gloves, an inside left front pocket, and an aluminized vented back for improved airflow. Under-arm eyelets provide additional ventilation, while split sleeves with snaps facilitate easy fastening and adjustments at the wrist. The garment includes a band collar and is made in the USA. It complies with ASTM F955 and ASTM F1939 standards.
