The DuPont™ Nomex® FR knit winter hat offers essential headwear protection for challenging weather, featuring a comfortable black knit design that provides flame-resistant (FR) protection as well as PPE Cat Level 3 compliance according to NFPA 70E. This winter hat is specifically crafted for cold weather, utilizing a lightweight 10 oz. DuPont™ Nomex® fabric in a double layer knit for added warmth without excess weight. The stretchable fit enhances comfort, and the inherently flame-resistant properties ensure that the FR protection will not wash or wear out. The hat meets several compliance standards, including an Arc Rating of 35 cal/cm², Cat 3, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269, and is made in the USA.
