The kit includes rubber voltage gloves that are electrically tested and stamped with the initial test date, ensuring safety and reliability. These gloves are newly tested before shipment and must be put into use within 12 months of the test date. Once issued, they must be tested again within 6 months from the date they are distributed to employees. To enhance the lifespan of the rubber gloves, it is recommended that they be worn with 10" leather glove protectors, which do not require any date markings. The gloves are classified as Class 2, with a maximum use voltage of 17,000V AC and 25,500V DC, and they also provide protection against arc flash. The product complies with NFPA 70E, CSA Z462, and ANSI/ASTM D120, Class 2, Type 1 standards.
