The reciprocating Quincy QT™ is a standard duty air compressor designed to deliver more CFM per brake horsepower, ensuring powerful, reliable performance. It includes an industrial-duty motor, an industrial-duty general-purpose mounted and wired magnetic starter, and a less than 5 PPM oil carry-over (blow-by) rating. The unit operates at 145175 working PSI with a speed of 942 RPM. Additional features include a heavy-duty, easy-to-reach manual ball valve, a 2-stage belt drive pump with a solid cast iron cylinder, and a finned tube intercooler for maximum cooling and increased valve life. The aluminum head aids in heat dissipation, while the extra-capacity oil reservoir helps maintain low oil temperatures. The cast iron flywheel contributes to energy efficiency and durability, and the compressor is designed for a 100% duty cycle with splash lubrication. The electrical components are UL & CSA approved, and the system is compliant with ASME-coded pressure specifications.
