The Quincy QT™ is a standard duty air compressor designed to deliver high performance with the most ACFM per brake horsepower in the industry, ensuring more air while consuming less energy. It features a one-piece aluminum head that optimizes strength and heat dissipation, and a unique valve design for maximum volumetric efficiency. The compressor is built with an industrial-duty motor and includes an industrial-duty general-purpose mounted and wired magnetic starter. Its specifications include a working PSI of 145175, an RPM of 942, and a less than 5 PPM oil carry-over (blow-by) rating. The two-stage belt drive pump is made from solid cast iron and is complemented by a large, balanced cast-iron flywheel designed for energy efficiency and durability. The interstage intercooler enhances cooling between compression stages, while the extra-capacity oil reservoir helps maintain low oil temperatures. The system also features heavy-duty, easy-to-reach manual ball valves, graphite head gaskets, and cylinders for superior sealing integrity, along with industrial-grade bearings and two-piece connecting rods for easy serviceability. Additionally, it boasts a 100% duty cycle and splash lubrication, along with compliance certifications of UL & CSA approved.
