The Quincy QT™ is a standard duty air compressor that leads the industry with the most ACFM per brake horsepower, effectively delivering more CFM while consuming less energy. It features a one-piece aluminum head that optimizes strength and dissipates heat, complemented by a unique valve design that ensures the highest volumetric efficiency. The compressor is equipped with an industrial-duty motor and a general-purpose mounted and wired magnetic starter, maintaining a blow-by oil carry-over rating of less than 5 PPM. It operates at a working pressure of 145 PSI and an RPM of 942, with a robust, easy-to-reach manual ball valve for user convenience. The two-stage belt drive pump, constructed with a solid cast iron cylinder, and a finned tube intercooler work together to maximize cooling and increase valve life. The compressor's aluminum cylinder head promotes cooler operating temperatures and longevity, while the extra-capacity oil reservoir helps maintain low oil temperatures. Durability is ensured with a cast iron flywheel engineered for energy efficiency, a 100% duty cycle, and a reliable splash lubrication system. The Quincy QT™ also includes UL and CSA approvals on all electrical components, along with ASME-coded pressure ratings.
