This standard duty air compressor leads the industry with the highest ACFM per brake horsepower, ensuring efficient air delivery while consuming less energy. It features a one-piece aluminum head that enhances strength and heat dissipation, complemented by Quincy’s unique valve design for superior volumetric efficiency. The compressor is equipped with an aluminum cylinder head for cooler operating temperatures, a large, balanced cast-iron flywheel for energy efficiency, and an interstage intercooler to effectively manage heat between compression stages. The design includes performance-enhancing features such as high-performance rings to minimize oil carryover, a balanced counterweight crankshaft for efficiency, industrial-grade bearings for durability, and two-piece connecting rods for easy maintenance.
