This standard duty reciprocating compressor features a robust one-piece aluminum head that optimizes strength and heat dissipation, along with a unique valve design that enhances volumetric efficiency. Key specifications include a working pressure of 145 PSI and a speed of 942 RPM. It incorporates an industrial-duty motor and a general-purpose magnetic starter, along with a substantial reduction in oil carry-over at less than 5 PPM. The compressor utilizes a 2-stage belt drive pump with a solid cast iron cylinder, complemented by a finned tube intercooler that maximizes cooling for prolonged valve life, an extra-capacity oil reservoir for efficient temperature management, and a heavy-duty, easy-to-reach manual ball valve.
