It is equipped with an industrial-duty motor, a general-purpose mounted and wired magnetic starter, and features such as a two-stage belt drive pump with a solid cast iron cylinder and a finned tube intercooler that enhances cooling and valve life. The compressor operates at a working pressure of 145 PSI and a speed of 942 RPM, boasting a less than 5 PPM oil carry-over rating. Additional attributes include a heavy-duty manual ball valve, an extra-capacity oil reservoir for low temperatures, a cast iron flywheel for durability and energy efficiency, and 100% duty cycle capability with splash lubrication. For reliability, it employs industrial-grade bearings, two-piece connecting rods for easy serviceability, and graphite head gaskets and cylinders for superior sealing integrity.
