This freeze protected and insulated shower is designed for environments where the water inside may freeze due to extreme cold climates, featuring trace tape heating with a polyethylene jacket and polyurethane foam insulation for enhanced frost protection and structural strength. The floor mounted emergency combination shower is equipped with a high-performance quarter-turn ball valve constructed from 316L stainless steel, ensuring durability in harsh conditions with low operating torque for reliable, easy on/off operation during emergencies. The valve incorporates a heavy-duty stainless steel stop-plate to withstand rough usage. The durable, coated stainless steel shower pull handle features a nylon valve connection for easy grip and quick activation. It includes a removable, self-draining overhead nozzle that meets or exceeds ANSI standards, made from durable nylon for optimal spray distribution. The eye/face wash is built from tough, corrosion-resistant acrylic capped ABS and features an integral lid connected to the water valve for automatic operation, activated by pulling down the lid, with an easily adjustable flow regulator valve positioned on the side of the bowl to accommodate the severity of different accidents. The unit is constructed with galvanized mild steel pipework and includes an inspection record tag for documenting service and testing history, though some assembly may be required.
