This freeze-protected and insulated shower is designed for environments where the water may freeze due to extreme cold climates. It features trace tape heating with a polyethylene jacket and polyurethane foam insulation for enhanced frost protection and durability. The floor-mounted emergency combination shower includes a high-performance quarter-turn ball valve made of 316L stainless steel, providing low operating torque for reliable and easy on/off operation during emergencies. This valve is equipped with a heavy-duty stainless steel stop plate to endure rough usage. The durable, coated stainless steel shower pull handle with a nylon valve connection allows for effortless activation. The shower is outfitted with a removable, self-draining overhead nozzle that complies with ANSI standards for high flow rates and optimal spray distribution, constructed from durable nylon material for user safety. Additionally, the eye/face wash is made of corrosion-resistant acrylic capped ABS, featuring an integral lid that is automatically activated by pulling down. It also includes an easy-to-reach flow regulator valve for adjusting water flow as needed, solid construction using galvanized mild steel pipework, and an inspection record tag for service documentation. Electrical supply requirements are 120V single phase, 60/50Hz, and some assembly may be required.
