The NOTRAX® SANI-TRAX® PLUS Disinfectant Mat is designed for cleaning and sanitizing shoes at the entrances to sensitive areas such as food processing plants or laboratories. Measuring 32" x 39" and 2-1/2" thick, this mat features thousands of flexible fingers that provide an automatic scrubbing action to dislodge contaminants from footwear. It includes a thick rubber border that can hold up to 5 gallons of disinfectant solution, and as traffic passes, the rubber tips bend to immerse the soles of shoes in the solution. The mat is constructed from a tough rubber compound that resists most chemicals and variations in temperature, with suction cups on the underside to keep it securely in place. The containment border stands 1 7/8" higher than the finger scrapers to effectively contain disinfectant and contaminants. Users can utilize quaternary ammonium, iodine, chlorine, or any other sanitizer, but should always test its concentration and follow label directions for appropriate dilutions. This mat is suitable for use in any area where the spread of contamination needs to be limited and features a rubber surface and base that is chemically resistant to common disinfectant solutions.
