Featuring a slim, stackable, and lightweight design, the CX fits ideally in lab, industrial, education, and even household settings. The streamlined two-button operation means that the balance can be operated easily, and the large backlit LCD display enables easy viewing of weighing results. The kit includes a liquid crystal display (LCD) with backlight, operates on 3 AA batteries (included) or an AC adapter (not included), and features applications such as weighing and display hold. Constructed with ABS housing and a stainless steel pan, it also includes a transportation lock and slip-resistant feet. Design features comprise a stability indicator, mechanical and software overload/underload protection, a low battery indicator, and auto shut-off.
