The filter features an additional antimicrobial agent applied to the media to prevent mold growth. It utilizes a state-of-the-art 100% synthetic media that achieves exceptionally high levels of efficiency while maintaining the lowest resistance to air flow available, effectively removing airborne irritants such as pollens, molds, dander, and dust. The low resistance enhances air flow, potentially reducing energy costs. This filter is useful for achieving points in USGBC-LEED certification projects as the advanced media does not rely on an electrostatic charge for efficiency.
