The Ring Panel filters incorporate distinct filter layers that are permanently heat-sealed around a galvanized internal wire frame, designed in a space-saving flat format. These filters approach or exceed the performance and service life of a shallow pleated filter. They are linkable and self-gasketing, with friction-fit frames that can often eliminate the need for extra mounting hardware. The self-gasketing design prevents air bypass, and the filters will not promote microbial growth. They can also be used as a pre-filter, and the media is non-allergenic, unaffected by moisture, humidity, and most corrosive chemicals. Additionally, sleeve rolls are available without a galvanized steel frame.
