The Honeywell VeriShield™ 1035108-VS 100 series passive earmuffs feature an over-the-head design in black, providing a Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of 30 for superior hearing protection in a lightweight construction. These earmuffs offer optimum comfort for extended use, comfortably fitting a wide range of head sizes and being 17% more adjustable than earlier models. The wide cup openings, which have been increased by 16% over previous designs, accommodate larger ears and users of hearing aids. The earmuffs include a lightweight cushioned headband made from steel-wire construction with precision micro adjustments for a tailored fit around the ear, along with innovative memory foam ear cushions that combine denser and softer materials for enhanced comfort and attenuation while reducing squeezing pressure on the head. The robust construction consists of a steel wire framework and ABS molded components with an internal baffle design for added lightness, as well as a patent-pending oil-resistant cup surface that can withstand harsh, oily environments and is easy to clean. Honeywell's air flow control technology is featured to regulate how sound reaches the ear, ensuring optimal noise attenuation across various frequencies. Additionally, these earmuffs are designed for convenient integration with Honeywell hard hats and face shields, allowing for assembly in about 7 seconds. Each earmuff cup is marked with the attenuation rating for quick on-site identification of the level of hearing protection provided.
