The earmuffs accommodate a wide range of head sizes, being 17% more adjustable than previous versions, and have a wide cup opening that increases the area by 16%, making them ideal for users with larger ears or those who wear hearing aids. The lightweight cushioned headband, made from steel-wire construction, incorporates precision micro adjustments for an optimal fit, while the memory foam ear cushions utilize a new combination of denser and softer foam for enhanced comfort and sound attenuation, reducing squeezing pressure on the head. The earmuffs also feature a robust steel wire framework and a molded ABS design with an internal baffle for reduced weight. With an oil-resistant cup surface, they are built to withstand heavy-work environments and are easily integrated with Honeywell hard hats and face shields, allowing for quick assembly in approximately 7 seconds.
