NPS Steel Science Tables are designed for durability in demanding environments, featuring a robust construction that includes a 16 gauge steel frame apron and 14 gauge legs, making the table virtually indestructible. The tabletop is supported by 11 gauge steel support tabs and corner brackets that are fused together using 4 heavy-duty tamper-free Loctite hex screws. The adjustable height steel legs utilize a dual connection system and a 12 gauge leg-base that is secured to the tabletop with 4 heavy-duty screws, which are fastened using a strong welded hanger bolt. Each leg is connected to the frame corner brackets with industrial-grade nylon-insert lock nuts, and they adjust smoothly in 1" increments, locking in place with 2 K-9 external tooth lock washers and additional heavy-duty tamper-free hex screws. All legs are equipped with simple-adjust glides and optional casters. The phenolic tabletop offers an ideal surface for lab experiments. The table height can be adjusted from 22-1/4" to 37-1/4", and the legs are constructed from 1-1/2" square tubing with 14 gauge thickness, while the leg inserts are made from 1-1/3" square tubing with a 16 gauge steel frame, supported by 11-gauge steel brackets. The legs are secured with tamper-free hex head screws and lock nuts, and the tables come with a 10-year warranty.
