Gorilla Glue is a tough, expanding glue designed for both indoor and outdoor applications, known for its industrial holding power and versatility across a variety of surfaces. This adhesive is 100% waterproof, ensuring it does not break down when exposed to outdoor elements. It can easily bond wood, stone, metal, ceramic, foam, glass, concrete, and more, forming an incredibly strong bond by expanding three times into the materials. The glue is temperature resistant, maintaining bond integrity through temperatures ranging from -40°F to 200°F. Additionally, it is paintable with oil-based paints and sprays, although acrylic/latex and stains require sanding for proper adhesion. Gorilla Glue meets ANSI/HPVA Type I standards, but is not recommended for use on polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE) plastics or rubber with high oil or plasticizer content.
