This rotary screw air compressor features a variable speed drive and incorporates a PLC for easy and intuitive scheduling and operation. The compressor is equipped with state-of-the-art screw air ends and precision-aligned back-to-back tapped roller bearings that promote long life cycles and outstanding reliability; the air end, crucial to the compressor's function, is engineered for up to 70,000 running hours with proper maintenance and oil use. Notably, the compressor includes features such as a Drive-Tek™ design that reduces energy demand by up to 33%, a variable speed soft start motor for lower energy demand and amp draw at startup, and the Spin-Tek™ design for easy access to oil filters and air/oil separators, eliminating the need for tools during maintenance.
