The Magliner In-Transit DC Battery Charger with Mounting Plate is designed to conveniently charge the powered stair climber battery using a vehicle's lighter. This optional charger requires the battery to be removed from the powered stair climber and properly positioned on the mounting plate for charging. The charger features a green indicator light that signifies the power is active, while three additional lights display the charge level: a solid green light indicates the battery is fully charged and is being trickle charged to mitigate internal capacity loss when not in use, a yellow light indicates the battery is 70-80% charged and remains in trickle charge mode, and a red light indicates the battery is discharged and in fast charging mode. The charger ensures efficient battery maintenance and monitoring during transit.
