Baldor-Reliance food safe IP69 motors are engineered for reliable, high-efficiency performance and can be thoroughly cleaned to maintain food safety standards. They feature an all stainless-steel construction that protects against corrosion, thereby reducing the risk of costly downtime and repairs. The hardened epoxy resin fully encapsulates the windings, providing robust internal protection against water and humidity, while the encapsulation extends into the conduit box to prevent moisture ingress. Additionally, the motors are equipped with a two-barrier mechanical seal made of chemical-resistant Viton material, which effectively prevents water entry at the shaft extension, even under high temperature and direct spray conditions. The rotatable conduit box design allows the middle portion to be adjusted 360 degrees in 90-degree increments, enabling customization of the lead opening orientation as needed.
