The motors feature an all stainless-steel construction that protects against corrosion, reducing the risk of costly downtime and repairs. The windings are fully encapsulated in hardened epoxy resin, offering an additional layer of protection against water and humidity; this encapsulation extends into the conduit box to prevent moisture ingress. A two-barrier mechanical seal, made from Viton material, is employed to prevent water from entering at the shaft extension while resisting chemicals and high temperatures. Furthermore, the middle section of the 3-piece conduit box can be rotated 360 degrees in 90-degree increments, allowing flexibility in the orientation of the lead opening.
