These motors feature an all stainless-steel construction that safeguards against corrosion, which helps avoid costly downtime and repairs. The windings are completely encapsulated in hardened epoxy resin, providing an additional layer of protection against water and humidity, with the encapsulation extending into the conduit box to prevent moisture intrusion. A two-barrier mechanical seal, made from chemical-resistant Viton material, effectively prevents water from entering at the shaft extension of the motor while withstanding high temperatures and direct sprays. Additionally, the rotatable conduit box allows the middle portion of the 3-piece assembly to be rotated 360 degrees in 90-degree increments, offering flexibility in positioning the lead opening as needed.
