Baldor-Reliance food safe IP69 motors are engineered for reliable performance and maximum efficiency, continuously operating while maintaining the ability to be thoroughly cleaned for optimal food safety. The motors feature an all stainless-steel construction, which provides robust protection against corrosion, thereby minimizing the risk of costly downtime and repairs. The windings are completely encapsulated in hardened epoxy resin, offering an additional layer of protection against water and humidity, with this encapsulation extending into the conduit box to prevent moisture infiltration. A two-barrier mechanical seal at the shaft extension effectively prevents water ingress, utilizing Viton material which is chemically resistant and capable of withstanding high temperatures and direct spray. Additionally, the rotatable conduit box allows for the middle portion to be adjusted 360 degrees in 90-degree increments, facilitating the lead opening orientation as needed.
