The JET HVBS-712 horizontal/vertical metalworking bandsaw is designed to meet the demands of tough jobs, featuring a 9-7/16" x 10" work table in the vertical position and a rapid action vise that miters to 45°. This model includes an improved height and width stand with a built-in storage cabinet and chip tray, as well as an adjustable material stop for repeatability. It is CSA/CUS certified, adhering to strict guidelines and electrical requirements. The blade drive system utilizes a belt to a sealed, hardened, and ground gear drive, while the blade wheels are constructed from flanged cast iron for enhanced durability. Additional features include auto shut-off after cutting, adjustable ball bearing blade guides, a cast-mounted adjustable hydraulic downfeed, a complete coolant system, and four 8" rubber wheels for ease of movement. The bandsaw comes equipped with a 3/4" bi-metal blade.
