Engineered for precision drilling, the heavy-duty JMD-40GHPF round column geared head mill drill with power downfeed is loaded with intuitive features for maximum accuracy. The kit includes a heavy-duty design that allows for a variety of precision drilling applications and provides full power to the cutting tools through a 6-speed geared head. The JET Mill Drill is CSA/CUS certified, complying with strict guidelines and electrical requirements. Additional features include a spindle guard, work lamp, calibrated fine downfeed built-in, and an easy-to-read internal depth gauge. The head can tilt left and right 90°, while rapid spindle speed changes are facilitated through quick-select gear shift levers. It incorporates a forward/reverse switch and a standard power downfeed, as well as a milling table that allows for movement. The R8 spindle allows for the use of all mill tooling. The mill drill stand, P/N 350045, shown in some images, is optional.
