This heavy-duty industrial line of JET drill presses comes standard with oversize tables and is CSA/CUS certified. JET backs their machines with an industry-leading two-year warranty. The IDP-22, 22" industrial floor model drill press adheres to strict safety guidelines and electrical requirements set by the CSA Group. It features a spindle supported by high-quality ball bearings, a hinged metal belt and pulley cover, and a quick adjustment motor mount for rapid spindle speed changes. Designed for user comfort, it includes large hand grips and a rotating, 45° tilting, crank-operated worktable with a quick release clamp. The press is equipped with a 1/2" diameter external positive depth stop with a three nut locking feature for quick adjustments, an adjustable tension spindle return spring, and a drill chuck and key conveniently attached to the side of the drill press. The on/off switch is located on the front of the drill press head, and the construction includes a heavy-duty cast iron table and base, with the table ground for accuracy. Additional features include an LED machine lamp, a ground table, a spindle safety guard, and a drill chuck and key.
