The heavy-duty JMD-45GH square column geared head mill drill is engineered to deliver the rigidity needed to perform a variety of precision drilling applications in high intensity environments. It features a heavy-duty design that provides full power to the cutting tools through a 6-speed geared head, and includes a square column with dovetail ways for enhanced stability. The mill drill is CSA/CUS certified, ensuring compliance with strict guidelines and electrical requirements. Additional attributes include a spindle guard, work lamp, calibrated fine down feed built in, and an easy-to-read internal depth gauge. The head tilts left and right 90°, enabling versatile drilling angles, while rapid spindle speed changes are facilitated by quick-select gear shift levers and a forward/reverse switch. The milling table allows for movement, and the R8 spindle accommodates all mill tooling. The mill drill stand, P/N 350045, is optional.
