Mill drills are a lighter alternative to a milling machine, combining a belt-driven drill press with the dual coordinate capabilities of a milling machine's table for enhanced flexibility and efficiency. The machines feature a one-piece cast iron column for added support, a belt cover with a quick slide latch for faster belt adjustments to change spindle speeds, and a base taper that facilitates easier cleanup. The kit includes a drill press angle vise, a UL listed motor, an extra large worktable, a positive quick-stop knob, and an easy-to-read internal depth gauge. Additional attributes include a 360° head swivel, a work lamp, a forward and reverse switch, a 1/2" drill chuck with a chuck arbor, a draw bar, a drill chuck guard, and an adjustable carbide facemill. The mill drill stand, part number 350045, is optional. These machines are made to order and provide space-saving versatility, affordability, and light machining capability.
