Baldor-Reliance food safe IP69 motors are engineered for reliable performance and maximum efficiency in demanding environments, ensuring effective cleaning for uncompromised food safety. This product features an all stainless-steel construction that provides resistance against corrosion, thus minimizing potential downtime and repair costs. The motors include encapsulation/potted leads, where hardened epoxy resin fully encapsulates the windings, offering additional protection against water and humidity, with the encapsulation extending into the conduit box to block moisture entry. Additionally, the motors are equipped with a two-barrier mechanical seal made from Viton material, which is chemical resistant and capable of withstanding high temperatures and direct spray, preventing water infiltration at the shaft extension. The rotatable conduit box allows for 360-degree rotation in 90-degree increments, enabling the lead opening to be oriented in the desired direction.
