Baldor-Reliance food safe IP69 motors are engineered for reliable performance and maximum efficiency, suitable for continuous operation while maintaining stringent hygiene standards to ensure food safety. These motors feature an all stainless-steel construction which provides corrosion resistance, minimizing the risk of costly downtime and maintenance. The windings are fully protected with hardened epoxy resin encapsulation, extending into the conduit box to prevent moisture intrusion. Additionally, the motors incorporate a two-barrier mechanical seal made of Viton material at the shaft extension, providing chemical resistance as well as the ability to withstand high temperatures and direct spray. The rotatable conduit box allows for flexible installation, with the capability to rotate the lead opening 360 degrees in 90-degree increments.
