It includes a built-in rain gutter and an automotive bulb seal, working in conjunction with a 3-point locking, die cast compression latch system to guard against theft, moisture, and grime. The barn door can be conveniently mounted with the latch on either the left or right, and the corrosion-resistant stainless steel piano hinge, along with a solid 1/4 in. pin, facilitates easy door adjustment or replacement.
