Baldor-Reliance food safe IP69 motors are engineered for reliable performance and maximum efficiency, ensuring they can be cleaned to a hygienic level for uncompromised food safety. The motors feature an all stainless-steel construction that protects against corrosion, thereby minimizing costly downtime and repairs. The leads are encapsulated in hardened epoxy resin, providing an additional layer of internal protection against water and humidity, with the encapsulation extending into the conduit box to prevent moisture ingress. The two-barrier mechanical seal, made from chemical-resistant Viton material, effectively prevents water from entering the shaft extension, while also withstanding high temperatures and direct spray. Additionally, the rotatable conduit box allows for flexible installation, enabling the middle portion to rotate 360 degrees in 90-degree increments to position the lead opening as required.
