Baldor-Reliance food safe IP69 motors are designed for reliable performance at maximum efficiency while ensuring thorough cleaning to uphold food safety standards. These motors feature all stainless-steel construction to prevent corrosion, thus minimizing downtime and repair costs. They employ encapsulated/potted leads, using hardened epoxy resin that fully encases the windings, providing enhanced protection against water and humidity. This encapsulation extends into the conduit box, effectively blocking moisture from entering the windings. Additionally, the motors are equipped with two-barrier mechanical seals made of Viton material, which is chemical resistant and can endure high temperatures and direct spray. The rotatable conduit box allows the middle portion of its 3-piece design to be rotated 360 degrees in 90-degree increments, facilitating the adjustment of the lead opening to the desired direction.
