The SC Preferredon® wire shelving add-on unit is a 5-tier storage solution measuring 48"W x 24"D x 74"H, designed to expand existing shelving units and maximize storage space. This kit includes 2 posts with leveling feet, 5 shelves, snap-on sleeves, and S-hooks for securely joining units. Featuring a SC Preferredon® blue metallic finish, it is engineered to withstand extreme wet, hot, or cold environments and incorporates NexGard®, an anti-microbial agent protecting the epoxy coating from bacteria, mold, and mildew that cause odors and product degradation. The open design promotes air and light circulation while minimizing dust accumulation. Shelves adjust easily without tools and align precisely at 1" increments, with shelf clips snapping onto the posts and allowing shelf collars to slide over for a secure fit. The unit comes with a limited lifetime warranty against rust and corrosion.
