The SC Preferredon® wire shelving starter unit is a 5-tier system measuring 48"W x 24"D x 86"H, featuring a top-of-the-line blue metallic finish designed to withstand extreme wet, hot, or cold environments. It incorporates Nex Guard, an anti-microbial agent that protects the epoxy coating from bacteria, mold, and mildew, preventing odors and product degradation. The open design maximizes air and light circulation while minimizing dust accumulation. The shelves adjust easily without tools, aligning accurately at 1" increments. Shelf clips snap onto the posts, allowing the shelf collar to slide over for a secure fit. The 5-tier starter unit includes five shelves, four posts, shelf clips, and four adjustable leveling feet with non-marring floor glides to compensate for uneven floors. The product comes with a limited lifetime warranty against rust and corrosion.
