The N-Ferno® 6842 winter hard hat liner features a two-layer insulation design with a polyester shell and a comfortable polyester fleece lining, ensuring exceptional warmth. This lightweight thermal liner includes an extra-long neck that extends to shoulder length, providing coverage for the head, ears, and neck while fitting comfortably under helmets or hard hats without adding bulk. The outer shell is made of PU coated 100% polyester, offering water resistance along with durability against corrosion and abrasion. The Hi-Vis lime option includes reflective piping to enhance visibility in dark or cloudy conditions. For secure attachment, four exterior hook and loop straps connect to the interior of a hard hat, allowing for added warmth in extreme work environments. An elastic strip in the forehead area helps keep the liner snug against the face, trapping body heat in while keeping the cold out.
