The N-Ferno® 6878 winter hard hat liner with mouthpiece kit comprises a winter hard hat liner featuring three layers of extreme insulation and a thermal mouthpiece attachment for full-face coverage. This lightweight thermal liner is shoulder-length, ensuring coverage for the head, ears, and neck while fitting comfortably under helmets or hard hats without adding bulk. The N-Ferno® 6867 hard hat thermal liner is constructed with a 100% polyester quilted outer shell, a mid-layer of foam insulation for additional thermal protection, and a soft 100% polyester fleece lining suitable for extremely cold environments. The N-Ferno® 6874 thermal mouthpiece is made with a breathable and water-resistant 1mm neoprene outer shell that retains heat, complemented by a soft fleece liner for comfort. The hard hat liner includes four hook and loop straps on its exterior designed to securely attach to the interior of a hard hat, along with pockets near the ears for holding regular-sized hand warmers (sold separately). An elastic strip in the forehead area maintains a snug fit against the face, effectively trapping body heat while preventing cold air from entering. The mouthpiece features a detachable face mask design that allows airflow or removal for speaking, secured by adjustable hook and loop closures to ensure it remains in place during tasks. The hard-shell structure of the mouthpiece prevents it from being sucked into the mouth, offering ample breathing space and protection from cold air.
