Many manufacturing facilities are implementing 5S shadow boards to help reduce cost and downtime by keeping cleaning supplies and other tools in a central location, neatly stored, and always accessible. The kit is ideal for basic maintenance and organizational use and includes a shadow board along with hardware for mounting tools. The tools included are a counter brush, angle and push brooms, as well as handheld and upright dustpans. The shadow board is constructed from lightweight, dual-layered aluminum with a plastic core and is protected by Sign Muscle® liquid laminate. It operates effectively within a temperature range of -60° to 180°.
