Many manufacturing facilities are implementing 5S shadow boards to help reduce cost and downtime by keeping cleaning supplies and other tools in a central location, neatly stored, and always accessible. The kit includes a shadow board and hardware for mounting tools, designed for basic maintenance and organizational use. It is constructed from lightweight, dual-layered aluminum with a plastic core and is protected by Sign Muscle® liquid laminate. The shadow board operates effectively within a temperature range of -60° to 180°F.
